CardShard for Cyberpunk TCG (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
CardShard is designed as a standalone companion app. We do not collect, record, transmit, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) or user data.
All preferences, app states, or saved content remain stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
The App does not offer account registration, profiles, or user sign-in capabilities. Consequently, we do not handle or process credentials, passwords, or personal account identifiers.
We do not integrate any third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs), advertising networks (e.g., AdMob), analytics engines (e.g., Firebase Analytics), or tracking services. Your activity inside the App is completely private to you.
Because CardShard does not collect any personal data from any user, it fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international privacy frameworks regarding minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or any other age group.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly within this document, updated on the App Store page, and reflected in the “Effective Date” above.
